ECONOMIC SUPPORT SCHEMES-TRICOR (TRIBAL CORPORATION)

Objectives:

The major objectives of the TRICOR as follows:

• To provide financial assistance to ST families below poverty line to take up income generating activities.
• To provide financial assistance to STs for creation of income generating assets.
• To provide training programmes for skill up gradation while paving way for self/wage employment.
• To plug critical gaps of finance under Economic Support Scheme.

               The Government of Telanagana accord priority to the accelerated development of tribals and tribal areas by implementing welfare as well development programmes which helps the tribals to lead a better quality of the life in terms of Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries, Minor Irrigation, Animal Husbandry and Self-employment sectors. For implementation of ESS being implemented by Telangana TRICOR under SCA to TSP through Online Beneficiary Monitoring Management System (OBMMS) website (https://tsobmms.cgg.gov.in).
